Want to thank someone who looked after you at University Hospital Southampton?

We have made it easy for you. My Thank You is a simple way for you to send a thank you to a member of team UHS, from clinical staff and ward staff, to receptionists, porters, volunteers and beyond.

You can mention a specific person, team or ward – or simply leave a general thank you. We’ll make sure it gets passed on. It only takes a moment, but it could mean the world to someone.

We hope you’ll join us in thanking the people who look after us during some of life’s vulnerable moments and help make them feel appreciated.

How it works 

Leaving a message is quick, free, and simple:

• Scan the QR code on posters around the hospital
• Or text THANKS UHS to 84901 to receive a link to the form
• Send your Thank You message
