Christmas gifts for patients

Thank you for your interest in supporting University Hospital Southampton this Christmas.

2020 has been an extraordinary year, and has seen our staff and hospital make changes and adapt like never before. It also means that Christmas 2020 is going to be very different for all of us.
Your NHS heroes will be facing huge pressures over the coming winter, whilst vulnerable patients face the festive season isolated from loved ones and happy family traditions.
Your incredible support has lifted spirits in previous years, but this year we have to think differently. To keep our staff and patients safe, we can’t accept the generous gifts of toys, sweet treats and presents that are brought into our office. But your gifts are so important and we’re determined that everyone in our community still feels connected.
This year we’re asking you to make a donation so that our ward staff can buy gifts on your behalf that will be safe and meaningful for patients.
