Jeneen Thomsen, Head of Charitable Giving said: “It is incredible that Hampshire Cricket have surpassed £100,000 towards our GICU appeal. Their support means we can enhance the unit, and their money will specifically support a dedicated rehabilitation zone for our patients. We are so grateful for Hampshire Cricket’s ongoing support, thank you.”
Hampshire Cricket Foundation presented a cheque of £52,445, adding to the £50,587 previously donated in 2020. Surpassing £100,000 is truly an incredible feat, with the funds supporting the vital needs of the GICU.
In addition to this, Hampshire Cricket have launched a charity auction with a wide range of lots open for bids. The club is also continuing to donate a portion of each replica Hawkes kit sold.
