Venue information
The 26.2 mile marathon route takes you through the beautiful Broadlands Park estate in Romsey.
The estate can provide many and varied situations such as walled gardens, woodland, the beautiful river Test, atmospheric derelict farm buildings, parkland, bluebell woods, and much more.
On the picturesque parkland, you will also see Broadlands house, which is a fine example of mid-Georgian English architecture. Its owners and many of its important visitors have helped to shape the course of history. Tours can be booked in advance if you wish to look around the house.
Today it is a working estate and the family home of the Mountbatten family. This always feels like a personal event for us as The Countess Mountbatten of Burma is the Patron of Southampton Hospitals Charity.
