Are you brave enough to walk barefoot across burning embers? This spine-tingling firewalk challenge will test your courage, ignite your spirit, and help raise vital funds for Southampton Hospitals Charity.

What to expect

Fiery atmosphere – The evening will be full of excitement. Bring your family and friends along to cheer you on – they’ll be able to enjoy food and drinks available to purchase on the night.

Pre-walk safety briefing – You’ll receive full expert-led training to prepare your mind and body, and give you the confidence to take your first step onto the embers.

Medal of bravery – On completion, you’ll be awarded your very own medal to mark your sizzling achievement.

Do it for your hospital – Every penny raised will go towards supporting patients, their families, and staff across University Hospital Southampton.

• Age limit: 18+ only
• Timings: 6pm for 6.30pm briefing
