Each year 2,000 young people are diagnosed with cancer in the UK. A diagnosis inevitably interrupts a critical time in their life as they move into adulthood. And they have to cope with treatment whilst dealing with all the challenges of growing up.
After treatment, cancer patients often spend time looking back on their experience. They also find themselves having to learn how to cope with the physical and mental effects of the disease and treatment.
