Making Easter egg-stra special

This Easter, as restrictions gradually start to lift, sunshine, friendship and family will never have meant more, but we are still having to be vigilant to protect the safety of our vulnerable patients and frontline staff. That’s why, sadly, we can’t accept your Easter treats for our patients or staff this holiday.

But we want to make sure the Easter bunny can still spread some choc-tastic cheer!

Bring some Easter sunshine by gifting online

Bring sunshine and cheer to our patients this Easter!

Our amazing patients often face the biggest challenges of their lives in the four walls of our hospital. With just a couple of clicks you can bring joy to someone facing a tough time.

A special thank you for this year’s heroes…

Your kindness and recognition mean the world to our staff. Gifting online means you can still show how much you appreciate the difference they make each and every day…

Beth Hall, Interim Joint Director for Southampton Hospitals Charity, said:

Our amazing patients often face the biggest challenges of their lives whilst being treated at our hospital, and your kindness and recognition means the world to our staff, just knowing that somebody is thinking about them at Easter.

We also want to give something back to our community for their support of their local hospital over the last year. So for every £10 donated to our Easter appeal, we’re going to be hiding a painted Easter themed stone around Southampton, so that by the Easter weekend, the city should be scattered with a rainbow trail of eggs to discover!”
