Easter bunny making hospital rounds

Thank you for making this Easter egg-stra special for our patients and staff.

While sadly we couldn’t accept Easter treats this year to protect the safety of our vulnerable patients and frontline staff, by gifting online, you made sure we could bring Easter cheer to our wards!

Thank you for bringing sunshine and cheer to our patients this Easter

Our amazing patients often face the biggest challenges of their lives within our hospital.

We do everything we can to make their experiences as comfortable and easy as possible. But we know that at special times of the year, the challenges they face are even tougher – especially for patients facing them alone.

A special thank you for this year’s heroes

Your kindness and recognition really does mean the world to our staff, showing how much you appreciate everything they are doing each and every day. We made sure that coronavirus wouldn’t be a barrier to your kindness.

Thank you to everyone who donated to our Easter appeal, and a special thanks to charity partner CooperVision for their donation.

Thank you for ensuring the Easter bunny could still spread some choc-tastic cheer!

Making Easter egg-stra special

Over 180 Easter or NHS themed stones were hidden in Southampton and all around Hampshire over the Easter bank holidays.

For every £10 donated to our Easter appeal, we created an Easter stone for our community to find.

My son found a painted rock in the Stoke Park woods. He was made up! I am not sure who put it there, if you know please could you thank them as they have made him very happy.”

“We had so much fun hiding and finding your fabulous rocks this weekend, and we have also had lots of comments from friends who’ve found them too!”

Did you find any of our Easter stones?
