To help bring a little seasonal sparkle at the University Hospital Southampton, we have a limited number of Christmas decoration and activity packs available for wards, departments, offices, reception areas, and other staff and patient spaces. Whether you’re looking to create a welcoming environment for patients and visitors, brighten up a staff area, or organise a festive activity, we’d love to hear from you.

As demand is often high, packs will be allocated based on availability, the size and type of area, and the need to ensure fair distribution across the Trust and we’ll do our very best to spread the festive spirit as widely as possible.
All packs have been chosen with healthcare environments in mind and will comply with local Health and Safety, Fire Safety, and Infection Prevention and Control requirements.
Please submit your request by 6th November to give us enough time to purchase, prepare, pack, and distribute packs across the Trust by the start of December.
